Moves to Groveland
The foundation of Aesthetic Tile rests on three generations of specialized knowledge. What began as a dedicated family trade has evolved into a professional tile company trusted by discerning homeowners, interior designers, and custom builders who demand superior quality.
Meet Brad Fleitz, owner
Aesthetic Tile is owned and run by Brad Fleitz, a third-generation tile setter. He grew up in the trade, mixing mud and cleaning buckets for his grandfather, who started the family's tile business. The standards his grandfather taught him still shape every job: be honest, do right by people, and let the work speak for itself.
Brad spent years setting tile in Kentucky, focusing on high-end homes and complex installations, before moving the business to Groveland in Lake County. Aesthetic Tile still takes on work in Kentucky, and Brad leads the installations himself.
In 2025, The Tile Shop named Aesthetic Tile a Featured Contractor after Brad filmed the first episode of the company's Myth Breakers video series in its Orlando store. Several Tile Shop locations now refer their customers to Aesthetic Tile.

What factors most affect timeline (prep requirements, cure times, material lead times)?
Prep work (leveling, waterproofing) can add days; thinset and grout need 24-48 hours to cure between steps; and specialty tile or trim may require 1-2 weeks to order. We map out these factors in your estimate.
Where are you based, and do you come to my home for the estimate?
Our shop is at 1195 Greenley Ave in Groveland, FL. Estimates are free, and we visit your home when the project needs an on-site look before we can give you a detailed written estimate.
