Frequently Asked Questions

Can you take on unique designs like mosaics, medallions, or inlays?

Yes. We template and dry-fit complex layouts before anything is set. Our Oakland project included a custom marble foyer medallion and a bordered diagonal inlay.

Can you install exterior tile in Florida?

With the right tile, mortar, and movement joints—yes; we account for sun and thermal swing.

Can you integrate mixed materials (metal, wood, glass)?

We choose compatible adhesives/grouts and plan joints to manage movement.

Will you sign off on slope/drainage for outdoor spaces?

We check slope and recommend drainage details to protect the assembly.

How do you price custom or complex projects?

We assess scope, materials, and labor during the estimate. Custom work requires extra planning, and we provide transparent pricing upfront.

Can you replicate a design I saw online or in a magazine?

Absolutely. Bring photos or links, and we'll help source materials and recreate the look with our craftsmanship.
