This policy explains what information Aesthetic Tile collects through aesthetictile-florida.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, city or ZIP code, the type of project, and your message. Our free estimate forms also ask about your timeline. If you reached one of those forms from an ad, the request includes the campaign details from the page address (such as UTM tags or a Google click ID) so we can tell which ads bring in requests.

We also keep what you send us directly by email or phone, including photos of your project.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule site visits, and prepare estimates.
• To do the work and keep project records, including the records we need to stand behind our installations.
• To understand which pages and ads lead to requests, so we can improve the site and our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Who handles it for us

• Formspree processes our website forms and delivers each submission to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts this website. Like most hosts, it records basic technical details such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, so it can run and secure the site.
• Google provides Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, the map on our contact page, and the YouTube videos on our site.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

On your first visit, we ask whether you accept optional analytics. Until you accept, Google's analytics and advertising cookies stay off. If you decline, Google's tags run in a restricted mode that does not set those cookies, though Google may still receive basic signals, such as that a page was viewed.

If you accept, Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to measure visits, show us which pages and ads lead to calls and requests, and may be used to show our ads to people who have visited the site. We record when someone taps a phone number, email link, or quote button, or sends a form. We never send the name, email, phone number, or message you type into a form to these tools.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Analytics preferences" link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can also manage ad personalization in Google's My Ad Center, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Maps and videos

The map on our contact page and some video thumbnails load from Google and YouTube servers when the page opens, which shares your IP address with them. The YouTube player itself loads only after you press play. Google's privacy policy applies to those services.

Security

The whole site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form submissions travel over encrypted connections to our form provider. No method of sending data online is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment details or other sensitive information through the form.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and project records for as long as we need them to respond, complete the work, stand behind our installations, and keep business and tax records. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Google accounts.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, unless we need to keep it for a legal or business-record reason. Email office@aesthetictile.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning tile projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
